India has targeted Pakistan Air Force's basesto counter Pakistan's reckless drone and missile attacks on 26 locations from Jammu and Kashmir to Gujarat. In a government briefing, Wing Commander Vyomika Singh said India's precision attacks only targeted military targets. "Pakistan military targets at Rafiqui, Murid, Chaklala, Rahim Yar Khan, Sukkur and Chunian were engaged using air-launched precision weapons from our fighter aircraft. Radar sites at Pasrur and Sialkot aviation base were also targeted using precision munitions. While carrying out these responses, India ensured minimum collateral damage," she said. At the same time the world is rushing to avoid a conflict between India and Pakistan. US Secretary of State Mark Rubio spoke to Pakistan Army Chief Asim Munir to resolve the issue. He has also spoken to External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar.
Meanwhile, some videos are going viral on social media claiming that anIndian military base is completely destroyed by Pakistan. An explosion video titled "One of the biggest India military base has been destroyed by Pakistan" is shared widely.

There is no truth to the viral claim. The video being circulated has no connection to the India - Pak conflict
A Google reverse image search using keyframes from the viral video revealed that the similar video is online since 2021. An X user (Aurora Intel) shared the video on July 8, 2021 stating that it shows the video of an explosion in port of Dubai, UAE. "Reported video of the aftermath at Jebel Ali Port, #UAE", says the title.
On further search, we found a report published by The US Sun, dated July 7, 2021 titled "TANKER BLAST Dramatic moment Dubai ‘oil tanker’ explosion sends flames shooting in sky in towering inferno". The report used multiple visuals of the event including the viral video. A fire was reported to have erupted on a ship on Dubai port and that a team of firefighters was working to control the blaze, the report read.
On a keyword search, we found Aljazeera report on the same. The report titled, "Fire erupts on ship at Dubai port after explosion that rocks city" says no reports of casualties at Jebel Ali Port, one of world’s largest, as authorities say fire is under control quoting the Dubai Media Office.
The viral claim that Pakistan destroyed a major Indian military base is entirely false. The video being circulated is not recent and has no connection to the current conflict. It originally shows an explosion at the Jebel Ali Port in Dubai in 2021
