Fact check:

The claim is FALSE. The video is an edited one and separate videos of the cricket match and Arab sheikhs celebrating are joined together to make false claim.

Firstly, when carefully observed, we see that the stadium visuals are completely different from an Asia cup cricket match. Visuals showing cricket players show the stadium being full with spectators whereas the stadium visuals showing sheikhs show no spectators.

When the keyframes extracted from the video are searched using Google reverse image search, we found a website named goalzz.com, which shared the image of the sheikh seen in the viral video. The name of the person seen in the video is Abdul Aziz Ashour. According to the website, he is in the managerial position of a soccer team in Kuwait.

Taking this information as a cue, we searched using his name as keywords. We found that Abdul Aziz Ashour is the Chairman of Al-Arabi Sports club.

An article published in arab times online shows an image of officials of Kuwait International bank and Al-arabi Sports club, which also shows the sheikh in the viral video.

The article states that Al-Arabi sports club football team has won the finals in the Amir cup held in the year 2020.

Article in Kuna.net.kw, explains the win of Al-Arabi sports club in the Amir football club.

When Searched further, we found the same video seen in the viral video shared on Twitter by a journalist in Kuwait in Arabic language. Translation states "I turned on the phone at the last minute and pointed the camera at Aziz Ashour, president of the Arab Club. Tired, planted, harvested and lacked his brothers, members of the board of directors Congratulations to the Arab, and hard to Kuwait"

Therefore, the claim that the video shows Dubai Sheikhs celebrating India's win over Pakistan in Asia Cup T20 cricket is FALSE. The video shared has been edited, the video of Chairman of Al-Arabi sports club celebrating his football team's win has been shared on false pretext.
