NO, National media 'Times of India' did not conduct survey on AP 3 year rule, Misleading claim viral
Few screenshots are in circulation on social media, claiming that they show a survey by National media "The Times of India" on 3 year rule of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jaganmohan Reddy. The screenshots show the consensus of various aspects of AP rule in past 3 years. The results for each question are on the negative side implying that people are not happy with the Government in Andhra Pradesh.
A user shared these with caption "National Media..The Times Of India Survey on 3 Years Jagan Ruling.. #FailedCmYsJagan"
Few media outlets have published videos discussing the results of the survey.
The claim that the consensus show Times of India survey results is MISLEADING.
These screenshots show results of an online opinion poll and NOT a survey.
Times of India, the national media did not conduct any such survey in recent days. When we searched for articles on Jagan Mohan Reddy in Times of India online edition, we did not find any such survey results published anywhere in Times of India.
The sister concern of Times of India, telugu edition "Samayam Telugu" has conducted an online opinion poll on its website. In this poll, any audience can express their opinion. According to the website, the poll was open till May 29, 2021.
This is just an opinion poll and not a survey with huge numbers.
So, the claim made on the social media that the consensus seen in the screenshots shared are results of a survey done by Times of India is MISLEADING.
